Three Saints Bay LLC

Three Saints Bay LLC is an Alaskan Native holding company owned by the Old Harbor Native Corporation. Old Harbor is a small Alaskan Native village of about 300 residents on Kodiak Island

 

Sage, Barling Bay, Amee Bay, and Rolling Bay are 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Businesses working on behalf of Old Harbor. Three Saints and Barling, Amee, and Rolling Bay are culturally important fishing areas near the village

 

Our History

· Alaska, 49th State, 1959

· Pre-1970’s:  Traditional, rural communities, largely sustenance-living

· Since the 1970’s:  Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act ("ANCSA") of 1971 help establish a way for Native communities to participate in the marketplace beyond

· The Old Harbor Native Corporation is a small Native Alaskan village corporation, and one of the last to enter into the government contracting marketplace

 

Our Purpose

· Provide economic assistance to the Native village community

                 - Fishing industry in decline

                 - Natural resources largely owned now by state and federal govt

· Advance the social, cultural, and professional aspirations of individuals, both of Old Harbor, our employees, and the communities in which we participate

· Develop a family of successful 8(a) small business participants in the government marketplace to help our village community achieve financial stability
